Leaning Into Neuroinclusivity to Drive Growth and Innovation

Up to 20% of the global population is neurodivergent, including individuals with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other cognitive differences. In the workforce, that’s nearly 1 in 5 people

Moving from performative inclusion of this demographic to true neuroinclusivity isn't just the right thing to do — it's also a smart business move that can lead to:

     âœ… Better decision-making
     âœ… More innovation

     âœ… Increased productization and growth
âœ… Greater employee retention and engagement
âœ… Stronger leadership and neuroinclusive resilience

Traditional ideas about inclusivity in the workplace leave neurodiverse people to fend for themselves and innovation on the table. Solving today’s complex problems requires thinking outside of the box.

At Neurovation, we help you do just that by increasing your organization's neuroinclusivity while providing programs that empower, support, and value your neurodiverse employees and future hires.

WHO WE IMPACT

WHO WE IMPACT

Nearly half of neurodivergent people experience discrimination from hiring managers or recruiters.

Over half report that people in their workplace behave in a way that excludes neurodivergent colleagues.

77% of HR  professionals have not had specific neurodiversity

training.

Redesigning Inclusion

Despite making commitments to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), most organizations overlook their neurodivergent workforce  — and with this critical group, an untapped well of innovation, agility, and leadership potential.

Our neuroinclusive work is rooted in empathy and backed by research. At Neurovation, we’re founded by an autistic strategist with lived experience navigating corporate systems not designed with her in mind. Up to 91% of neurodivergent people mask their traits at work, often to avoid stigma or discrimination. And that's when they're even hired for roles, as nearly 30% of neurodivergent people are turned down for job opportunities due to subjective reasons, including communication style or team fit. Even leadership mask their neurodivergent traits at work — for instance, a high number of chief executives may be dyslexic, but they don't disclose their neurotype publicly or model inclusive behaviors to employees.

Yet this isn’t about charity or compliance. It’s about redesigning systems to work better for everyone. Neurodivergent individuals can often see patterns others miss, spot flaws in broken systems, and offer unconventional, transformative solutions that lead to innovation and company growth. But first, they need to be heard and provided with appropriate accommodations, a safe work environment, and advancement opportunities. This requires training — from the top down — to recognize when discrimination occurs and increase organizational neuroinclusivity.

We help organizations move from performative DEI to purpose in action. Further, we help develop neuroinclusive, agile systems and implement new, strategic ways of ideating and executing projects that increase productivity and drive innovation and company growth.

We Train Teams and Leaders to Lead Differently

We empower organizations to support neurodivergent talent, expand cognitive agility among leaders, and build high-performing, inclusive teams. Here’s how:

  • ✅ Assessment + Strategy: We start with discovery — understanding your current culture, challenges, and goals. Then we co-design a neuroinclusion roadmap tailored to your business.

  • ✅ Workshops + Training: Using research-based frameworks and lived-experience insights, we deliver powerful sessions for executives, managers, and teams — all designed to shift mindsets and build practical skills.

  •  âœ… Coaching + Implementation: We don’t drop a report and walk away. We work alongside your leadership, HR, management, product, and other teams to help embed accommodations, update policies, and sustain momentum.

Our approach is bold, compassionate, and transformative. And it works — neuroinclusion in the workplace shows demonstrable benefits for innovation — if it’s done well.
